Carvelo-Tour: Farm stores north of Bern

You've always wanted to try out an electric cargo bike or just fancy a nice tour in Bern and the surrounding area? Then book one of our guided Carvelo tours this summer.
What can you expect?
Getaway in the Bernese countryside: discover our “Carvelos” and bring home some fresh farmgoods !
At first we get to know the electric cargo bikes and learn how to ride them safely. After this brief introduction, the three-hour tour starts and we will set off towards the outskirts of the city on quiet and scenic roads.
You will have the opportunity to discover some farm stores in little villages north of Bern. We will make a few stops so you can buy for example vegetables or fruits. We will share a little snack and a drink, before heading back to our starting point.
Who is the tour suitable for?
The tour is suitable for those who like to ride a bike and explore the farm stores of the region. Since we offer the tour in English, it is especially suitable for newcomers in Bern and expats.
If desired, children may of course also come along. A maximum of two children can be transported in one Carvelo. Participation is limited to six people or families (one adult and one or two children) per tour. First come, first served!
Costs
We charge a contribution of CHF 30/Carvelo. This includes the Carvelo rental (from 4pm to 10am the next morning) and a 3 hour activity (training + tour).
